As our E-Commerce Online Shop Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our digital operations. You’ll manage our online stores, from inventory and order processing to customer service and marketing. With tools like Shopify, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite at your disposal, you’ll drive our e-commerce strategy and help us reach new heights.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our online stores across Shopee, Tokopedia, and our own e-commerce website
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, reordering, and supplier coordination
• Process and fulfill orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Provide excellent customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints promptly
• Analyze sales data and trends using tools like Google Analytics to inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement e-commerce campaigns
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce or online retail
• Proven experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Shopee, or Tokopedia
• Strong understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
