📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Hosting live streams on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to showcase products and engage with the audience.
• Promoting our e-commerce brand through interactive and entertaining content.
• Collaborating with the sales team to drive product sales and achieve targets.
• Managing live stream schedules and coordinating with the marketing team for promotional events.
• Providing real-time customer support and addressing inquiries during live streams.
• Analyzing live stream performance and providing feedback to improve future broadcasts.
• Creating engaging content, including scripts and promotional materials, to enhance viewer interaction.
• Building and maintaining a strong online community around our brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hosting live streams or similar roles in e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Proficient in using live streaming tools such as Zoom, OBS Studio, and social media platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse audience.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand promotion.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and sales strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Fluent in Indonesian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
