📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform precision sewing and repairs on all types of hotel linens, including bedding, towels, and tablecloths.
• Maintain and organize the linen inventory, ensuring all items are properly stored and accounted for.
• Launder, press, and fold linens according to established protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Inspect linens for wear and tear, identifying items that need repair or replacement.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk staff to ensure timely linen delivery and pickup.
• Assist in the preparation of special linens for events, weddings, and other special occasions.
• Adhere to strict quality control standards and safety protocols in the linen room.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support the overall guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong sewing skills with experience in repairing and maintaining hotel linens.
• Familiarity with linen care products and equipment, such as steamers, irons, and laundry machines.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality control.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
• Valid work permit for Bali is required.
