📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily mining operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with the team to plan and execute mining activities, including blasting, excavation, and transportation.
• Monitor equipment performance and maintenance schedules to prevent downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Train and mentor junior staff on safety practices and operational procedures.
• Report on operational performance and safety metrics to management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of mining activities with other business functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the mining and energy sector.
• Certification in Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) or equivalent.
• Proficient in using mining software such as AutoCAD, Surpac, and MineSight.
• Strong knowledge of mining regulations and environmental standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a mining permit.
