📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and implement safety protocols and procedures in the manufacturing and logistics sectors.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with K3 regulations.
• Develop and deliver training programs on safety procedures to employees.
• Monitor and maintain safety equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Investigate and document workplace accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the K3 Manager to ensure the effective implementation of safety initiatives.
• Monitor and report on key safety performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest safety regulations and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
• Certification in K3 (Occupational Safety and Health) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of K3 regulations and standards, including ISO 45001.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant safety management software.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team to achieve safety goals.
