As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. You will work closely with our accounting team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Record and maintain all financial transactions accurately and timely.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the accounting team.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements for audits and tax purposes.
• Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
• Provide support to the accounting team during peak periods.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
