📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using our in-house POS system.
• Assist guests with menu recommendations and special requests, ensuring their needs are met.
• Handle cash and card transactions, following our established protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
• Uphold our brand’s values and standards of professionalism, hospitality, and customer service.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of guests.
