📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and validate corporate actions, including stock splits, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of corporate actions using Bloomberg Terminal and FactSet.
• Collaborate with the operations team to resolve any discrepancies or issues in corporate actions processing.
• Prepare and distribute reports on corporate actions to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations related to corporate actions.
• Maintain and update corporate actions records and databases.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in corporate actions processing or a related role in the banking sector.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, and Tradeweb.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
