As a Training Officer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training plans,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees during and after training sessions,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training theories and methodologies,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with training management software and tools,Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs
