In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a creative mind, a passion for social media, and a deep understanding of TikTok's algorithm and trends.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement content strategies for TikTok to increase brand awareness and engagement.,Create and edit engaging video content, including scripts, storyboards, and final edits.,Conduct market research and analyze competitor content to identify trends and opportunities.,Monitor and report on content performance using TikTok analytics tools.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.,Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends, features, and best practices.,Manage and grow our TikTok community by engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages.,Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for new content concepts and campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,2-3 years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or a similar role.,Proven experience with TikTok and other social media platforms.,Strong understanding of TikTok's algorithm and how to optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Creative and innovative thinker with a strong eye for detail.,Proficiency in using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Canva.,Familiarity with social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
