As a Senior Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and mentor store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience.,Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store or department.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and consumer behavior.
