Pacific Logistics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Cashier Clinic to join our team in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all cash transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of payments, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all cash transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.,Ensure accurate and efficient processing of payments and receipts.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer experience.,Monitor cash levels and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.,Assist in training and supervising junior cashiers.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and submit end-of-day reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cash handling or customer service role.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and software.,Ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of weight.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
