📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.,Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations to management.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and management.,Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documents.,Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.,Provide financial support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and relevant regulations.,Proficient in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with health care industry accounting practices is a plus.
