📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance standards.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as required.
