📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate suitability.,Maintain a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.,Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and culture is a plus.
