📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and optimize procurement processes, including purchase orders, invoices, and vendor payments.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to secure the best possible terms.
- Monitor inventory levels and place reorder requests as needed.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on procurement activities and operational metrics.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, operations, or a similar role.
- Proficient in using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
