📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including medical and nursing interventions, according to established protocols and standards.,Assess and monitor patients' health status, and document findings accurately and comprehensively.,Administrate medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatments, and care plans.,Maintain a clean and organized patient care environment.,Participate in staff meetings and other team activities to ensure quality patient care.,Report any adverse events or incidents to the appropriate authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse in a clinical setting.,Professional certification from a recognized nursing board (e.g., SIP, SIN, or equivalent).,Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
