📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee HR operations to ensure compliance with local and national labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company values and goals.
- Conduct regular audits and training sessions to ensure compliance and awareness among employees.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure all HR practices are compliant with labor laws.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics and compliance data.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure continuous compliance.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR compliance and legal affairs.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Certification in HR compliance or legal affairs is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
