Cafe Anggi Medical Center is looking for a Lead Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure the smooth flow of goods. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing warehouse teams and processes, with a strong focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and overstocks.,Conduct regular audits to assess inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and timely deliveries.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in inventory management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.,Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes is a plus.
