📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Assist in the development and implementation of learning and development programs,Conduct training sessions and workshops,Develop and maintain training materials and resources,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs,Support the learning and development team in various projects and initiatives,Assist in the development of learning and development strategies,Provide administrative support to the learning and development team,Assist in the coordination of external training providers🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related fields,Minimum 1 year of experience in learning and development or related fields,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus,Ability to work independently and as part of a team🛠️ Keahlian
