📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial activities, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and tax filings.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and manage the company's cash flow and liquidity.,Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial laws and regulations is a plus.
