Duta Umar Sembako is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Sanur, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Handle employee benefits and compensation packages.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Represent the company at HR-related events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR management software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and tools.,Experience in managing employee benefits and compensation.
