📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's customer database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Conduct outbound and inbound telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and sales.,Follow up with potential customers to answer inquiries and close deals.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Monitor and report on sales performance and customer satisfaction metrics.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences is a plus.
