📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of data analysts to collect, clean, and analyze customer data using SQL, Python, and other data analysis tools.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Create and maintain comprehensive customer analytics dashboards using Tableau and other visualization tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and patterns in customer data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in customer analytics or data science roles.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and other data analysis tools.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
