📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our organization.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and referral partners.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to recruitment team members.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
