Town Store Corporindo is looking for a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth business processes, and supporting the team in achieving company goals. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.,Assist in the planning and execution of operational activities, such as deliveries and logistics.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and opportunities.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide operational support to the team, including training and development.,Handle customer inquiries and issues related to operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a similar role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with logistics and inventory management systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian business culture and practices.
