Spot Fast Berjaya is a growing company in the logistics and transportation sector. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Cianjur, Jawa Barat.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support our business growth. You will work closely with our management team to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions and specifications.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  • Foster a positive employer brand and promote the company as an employer of choice.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in sourcing and hiring top talent.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
  • Valid SIM (Indonesian ID card) and work permit for Cianjur, Jawa Barat.
