Express Store Nusantara is looking for a Lead Site Engineer to oversee and manage our site engineering projects. As a Lead Site Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing site engineering activities to ensure the successful completion of projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality results. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and coordinate site engineering activities, including site selection, design, and construction.,Oversee the work of site engineering teams, including engineers, technicians, and laborers.,Ensure that site engineering projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.,Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that site engineering projects align with overall project goals.,Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify and address any issues or concerns.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that site engineering projects are completed successfully.,Provide technical guidance and support to site engineering teams, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or a related field.,Strong technical skills in site engineering, including knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.,Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment is a plus.
