📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting customers with their inquiries and providing information about our products and services.
  • Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensuring a clean and organized sales counter at all times.
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and addressing any complaints promptly.
  • Assisting with inventory management and restocking products as needed.
  • Following company policies and procedures related to sales and customer service.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Contributing to the achievement of sales targets and goals.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with basic computer software and sales tools.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
