📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.,Assist in the development and implementation of customer service strategies.,Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or related roles.,Fluent in English both written and spoken.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of computer software and hardware.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
